What to Wear on your First Day

New students should wear regular gym clothes to class, for example, a t-shirt and warm up pants. Students should be in bare feet or MA/wrestling shoes while on the mat.

Purchasing a Uniform

School uniforms are available for purchase and is recommended attire for all classes. With a uniform purchase you will receive: a white dobok jacket, pants, belt, and school patch. Club t-shirts are also available in various children and adult sizes. Please talk to the instructor about pricing and ordering information.

Medical Condition

Notify the instructor of any medical condition or concerns regarding exercises before the start of class. The instructors will accommodate students to avoid aggravating an injury or will ask students to sit out certain exercises.

The First Step…

Basic principles, movement, and techniques are introduced early in the program. Your initial focus should be on improving your general fitness level, flexibility, and strength. Development in these areas will greatly assist in your development.
