New students can expect a healthy and vigorous workout. We pride ourselves in welcoming new students in a warm, noncompetitive environment. However, don't expect to coast; our workouts are challenging. We always tell our new students to do what they can and ease into our style of working out. The instructors will be there to help you at every step
We take the fear and mystery out of martial arts. We have no contracts, no politics, we respect everyone who walks in our door, and we believe in educating the inexperienced, not exploiting them. Our focus is simple and effective martial art training. Download the Spring 2010 Program Guide and register today.
